I have been selling real estate since 1975.  In 1985, I became a broker.  1992 was a big year for me and my family.  We opened RE/MAX Advantage Realtors.   Later Judy Todd joined me a partner of the business and then a few years ago, Karen Chiles became an owner also.  We have enjoyed working with many agents over the years.

What do I enjoy about selling real estate:  The freedom of helping families find the prefect home and/or individuals to find the commercial property that best suits their needs.

I enjoy all kinds of sports from playing and watching golf, to sporting our local students in all sports and watching college basketball especially UK Wildcats.

My biggest piece of advice is to do the best you can and your rewards will be plentiful.
